We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our kitchen team at our 65-cover gastronomic restaurant. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional pastry and dessert offerings across the restaurant, room service, afternoon teas and bar snacks, while supporting the wider brigade and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
This is a senior position that involves responsibility across all aspects of hotel pastry operations, including:
Artisan bread making
A full range of pastries and desserts
Jams and preserves
Ice creams and sorbets
Handmade chocolates and petit fours
Afternoon teas
À la carte desserts
You will have the opportunity to work in one of the UK’s few self-sufficient pastry kitchens, using outstanding local Jersey produce alongside ingredients grown in our renowned kitchen garden. This role offers genuine scope to influence menus, maintain consistency, and mentor junior members of the pastry team.
