Job Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review resumes, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using recruitment tools, databases, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for electrician positions and apprenticeships.
- Post jobs to various channels, including online job boards and social media.
- Understand staffing requirements, discuss candidate profiles, and address recruitment challenges.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about career opportunities within CSE.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support to candidates at every stage.
- Provide administrative support for cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication between teams.
- Help organize and execute company-driven initiatives that align with CSE’s growth objectives.
- Assist the Director of Strategy with miscellaneous employee engagement or Growth & Development projects on an as-needed basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication, with the ability to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus but not required as we are willing to train and teach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions.
- Coachable
