Job Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES:    

  • Review resumes, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.    
  • Proactively source and engage with potential candidates using recruitment tools, databases, and industry networks.    
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for electrician positions and apprenticeships.    
  • Post jobs to various channels, including online job boards and social media.   
  • Understand staffing requirements, discuss candidate profiles, and address recruitment challenges.   
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes.    
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.    
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about career opportunities within CSE.    
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support to candidates at every stage.     
  • Provide administrative support for cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication between teams.  
  • Help organize and execute company-driven initiatives that align with CSE’s growth objectives.  
  • Assist the Director of Strategy with miscellaneous employee engagement or Growth & Development projects on an as-needed basis.  

QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Excellent communication, with the ability to engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.    
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.    
  • Previous experience in recruitment is a plus but not required as we are willing to train and teach.   
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is an advantage.    
  • Willingness to learn and follow directions.    
  • Coachable
