About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the logistics and fleet industry. This role requires a professional who is skilled in customer service, CRM management, and lead follow-up. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred, as you will be responsible for managing leads, tagging them appropriately, sending follow-up emails, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling both customer-facing tasks and back-end research to support our fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, addressing client inquiries and providing support.
- CRM Management (HubSpot): Manage leads in HubSpot by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
- Email Follow-Ups: Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
- Lead Coordination: Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Research: Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide updates on lead activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management.
- Strong knowledge or familiarity with HubSpot CRM (highly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools, email automation, and reporting systems.
