Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Job Overview
We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help manage brand presence across multiple companies. This person will create content, oversee AI-powered automations, and ensure consistent brand communication across all social channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Social Media
- Create and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for multiple brands.
- Develop and maintain brand identity, including logos, colors, and tone of voice.
- Use AI tools to generate and automate content for 6–12 brands.
- Review and approve batches of AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
- Schedule and manage regular posting across all platforms.
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Monitor and adjust ad performance to improve ROI.
- Oversee the creation and updates of brand websites, coordinating with designers and contractors.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement across all accounts.
- Actively engage with followers, potential customers, and complementary brands to increase visibility and reach.
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
- Familiar with basic brand-building and creative design.
- Understanding of paid advertising on Meta platforms.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with website management (Wix, WordPress, or GoHighLevel).
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Experience with short-form video content or social media engagement growth.
This is a full time role
