Customer Service Specialist
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with strong experience in client communication and administrative support, specifically within the trades industry. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions in the evening and transition into administrative and research tasks later in the shift.
This position requires proficiency in ServiceTitan (a hard requirement) and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Work Schedule (Arizona Time)
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Customer Service (calls, scheduling, inquiries, issue resolution).
- 10:00 PM onwards: Administrative tasks, research, and ad-hoc assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Use ServiceTitan to schedule jobs, update records, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Track, log, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive client experience.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Perform research and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience (Required, preferably in trades, construction, or service industries).
- ServiceTitan experience (Hard Requirement) — candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage shifting priorities.
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
