Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Marketing/Personal Assistant to support the business owner with both professional social media management and personal administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule posts across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Design engaging graphics and content using Canva

• Research and propose content ideas aligned with brand voice and business goals • Monitor engagement, reply to comments and messages, and foster community growth

• Track analytics and prepare performance reports to optimize content strategy

• Maintain content calendar and ensure consistent posting

Personal Life Management

• Manage personal calendar, appointments, and reminders

• Book travel, accommodations, and personal events

• Handle online purchases, returns, and expense tracking

• Organize digital files, documents, and subscriptions • Communicate with service providers (e.g., home repairs, memberships, insurance)

• Complete miscellaneous personal errands and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar administrative role

• Proficiency with Canva (content creation)

• Proficiency with Slack (communication and task coordination)

• Familiarity with other social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

• Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
