Real Estate Investment Research Assistant (Onsite)

Location: Dominican Republic
Schedule: Full-Time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Real Estate Investment Research Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth property research within specific neighborhoods, compiling data, and generating accurate lists to support real estate investment decisions. This role requires strong research skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on targeted neighborhoods to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Create detailed lists of properties, focusing on 3-unit and larger legal properties.
• Gather and verify information such as:
• Off-market properties
• Owner or LLC name and address
• Contact information (including cell phone numbers)
• Outstanding loan details
• Foreclosure or pre-foreclosure status
• Occupancy status (occupied, vacant, etc.)
• Compile and maintain an organized database of researched properties.
• Provide regular updates and reports on research findings to the management team.
• Ensure all data collected is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate research, data entry, or a related role preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to research and verify property ownership, loan, and foreclosure data.
• Proficient in using online property databases, public records, and related tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, in-office, on an EST schedule.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
