Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Sales and Operations team in driving brand visibility and engagement across digital and local channels. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Operations team to execute marketing initiatives
- Manage and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
- Assist with public relations efforts across local media outlets, publications, and community Facebook groups
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Proven success running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
- Strong content creation skills (visual and written), with an eye for brand consistency
- Familiarity with local PR outreach and community engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work closely with leadership and adapt to evolving priorities
