We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, handle communication, maintain accurate records, and assist with various business tasks. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clerical Work: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and send reminders.
- Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain and update information in Excel spreadsheets and other databases.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Administrative Support: Assist staff and departments with routine tasks and document management.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects and special assignments as directed.
- Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments and external contacts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Applicants with an educational background or work experience in Business or Finance are highly preferred.
