Sr Staff Business Development Specialist

This role will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Director of Business Development (Corporate Strategy) and assisting in leading and overseeing strategic planning initiatives, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transformation endeavours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A execution, strategic planning,  and corporate development. 

【Responsibilities】

• Support and execute M&A activities, including due diligence, transaction analysis, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and post-transaction integration activities, under the guidance of senior leaders. 
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans by conducting analyses, preparing materials, and supporting initiatives aimed at driving growth and profitability. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations, business units) to support the effective execution of corporate strategy and M&A initiatives. 
• Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for senior leadership by synthesizing financial, operational, and market data. 
• Develop financial models and perform quantitative analyses to support strategic decision-making, valuation, and investment prioritization. 
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategy discussions and transaction assessments. 
• Support continuous improvement of strategic planning and M&A processes by identifying opportunities to enhance tools, methodologies, and analytical rigor. 
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors (e.g., bankers, consultants, and legal advisors) to facilitate smooth execution of projects.
