Technical Content Marketing Engineer

Posted April 16, 2026
Full-time Mid-Senior Level

Job Overview

About the Role

As a Technical Content Marketing Engineer focused on Requirements Portal, you will create accurate, practical technical content that helps hardware teams understand requirements management — and how to apply them in new product development and modern electronics workflows.

This is an early-to-mid career role for someone with an engineering background (preferably electronics) who can quickly understand real-world workflows and translate complex concepts into content that engineers will actually read. You will report to the Marketing lead of the Requirements Portal cell and own the marketing content library for requirements management and systems engineering, lead quarterly thematic campaigns, and own the organic inbound metrics for Requirements Portal.

Key Responsibilities

Technical content creation (primary)

  • Create technical content, including blogs, guides, in-depth analyses, and videos, aligned with the Requirements Portal.
  • Produce “university-level” technical depth in an accessible, clear style that is engaging for engineers with concrete examples and diagrams where needed.

Quarterly campaign ownership

  • Lead content development for quarterly thematic campaigns, from topic selection through production and publication.
  • Build campaign content stacks (pillar page + supporting articles + video assets) designed to rank for SEO and support demand capture.

Workflow and product understanding

  • Develop strong working knowledge of hardware development workflows (systems-to-EE handoff, design changes, V&V, compliance).
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and SMEs to validate technical accuracy and capture product insights.

Content library ownership

  • Own and maintain Altium marketing resources related to requirements management and systems engineering (evergreen content pillars, campaign assets, etc.).
  • Keep content current with product changes, positioning updates, and new market requirements.

Inbound performance ownership

  • Own organic inbound channel performance for Requirements Portal (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions).
  • Track performance, share learnings, and propose backlog improvements based on data.

AI-assisted content development (plus)

  • Utilize AI tools to expedite research, outlining, and iteration while preserving technical accuracy and maintaining Altium's voice.
