Lead all areas of Finance and Analytics at Reverb, including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Analytics. Partner closely with the CEO to craft the financial and business strategy to ensure continued profitability and growth. Report to Reverb’s CEO and function as a key member of the Reverb Executive Team (ET). Manage and guide a collective team of over twenty professionals across Finance, Accounting and Analytics disciplines. Support Reverb's strategic vision and effectively drive business impact by leading an organization that is intelligent and adaptable to data. Own and manage Reverb’s financial processes - including accounting routines, cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, taxes, payroll, and setting and managing departmental budgets. Serve as a strategic advisory partner to the CEO and Executive Team on critical cross-functional initiatives and decisions. Own and lead the Annual Operating Planning process with an emphasis on collaboration with your fellow ET members. Oversee the preparation of Monthly reporting to Etsy HQ, quarterly earnings highlights for Etsy 10-Q and 10-K and overall ensure the compliance with applicable US listed regulations (SEC, SOX, US GAAP) and international statutory requirements (where applicable). Continually identify financial,

commercial and operational risks and opportunities; assess and analyze the monthly forecast; prepares monthly earnings reports and forecasts. Collaborates with peers, other departments and teams to evaluate trends in the Music Industry, connect data to core business opportunities and devise and implement growth initiatives. Advise and consult with business development team on strategic partnership opportunities with brands and manufacturers. Lead all aspects of the

development and monitoring of the operating budget. Partner on cross-functional initiatives to ensure goals are met. Attract and retain a diverse, high caliber, goal-oriented team by fostering a culture of inclusion. Remote Position.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Analytics or related technical field and 15 years of combined experience in Finance/Accounting/Analytics, ideally in an ecommerce marketplace or high-growth ecommerce organization. Requires 10 years of experience in/with: overseeing Analytics teams and analyzing data to make recommendations on financial and organizational strategy while balancing short term and long term goals; counseling executives while also presenting complicated financial data into a digestible format to a variety of audiences across the company; strong business development and corporate development experience including direct management of business partnerships or advising business teams on strategic transactions including mergers and acquisitions; and developing and delivering GAAP compliance financial statements. Remote position.


HOURS: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

LOCATION: Chicago, IL (Remote Position)

SALARY: $421,408 - $421,408 per year
