Role Overview:
A dynamic and dedicated leader with a passion for developing young talent. You will be responsible for building and coaching a team of Pharmacy Inside Sales Representatives, guiding them in sales fundamentals, organization, and professional growth. This role requires an individual who thrives on teaching and enjoys mentoring the next generation of sales leaders. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of personal organization, time management, and the ability to instill these skills in others.

Key Responsibilities:
· Coaching & Mentorship: Own the development of eight ATMs, providing one-on-one coaching on sales tactics, time management, and career progression.
· Skill Building: Educate the team on foundational sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and CRM proficiency.
· Organizational Excellence: Teach and enforce best practices for personal and professional organization, specifically within our CRM and other company systems.
· Performance Management: Monitor ATM performance and provide regular feedback to ensure they are on a clear path to becoming full Territory Managers.
· Strategy & Growth: Work with the ATMs to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring a clear plan for territory expansion and revenue growth.

Qualifications:
·         3-5 years of proven experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior team members
·         A strong desire to educate and lead, with a passion for teaching others how to sell effectively
·         Excellent personal and professional organizational skills, with a track record of effective time management
·         Proficiency with Power CRM and PowerBI
·         A drive to become a formal leader and create the next wave of talent for the company
·         Bachelor's degree preferred
