Overview
RF-SMART is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our agile product team in Jacksonville, FL. You'll work on both mobile and web applications, contributing across our technology stack. This is a great opportunity for a motivated developer to grow their skills, work with modern technologies, and make a real impact on our products.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using React Native, React, and C#/.NET
- Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and scrum team in an agile environment
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Learn from the team and contribute your expertise
- Explore and experiment with new tools and AI-assisted development approaches
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience
- React and TypeScript experience
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Git and team-based development workflows
- Eagerness to learn and work independently
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- React Native or mobile app development experience
- C# and .NET experience
- Interest in or experience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
Nice to Haves:
- Mobile app deployment experience
- Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Database experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Cross-platform development
- Initial screening with Talent Acquisition
- Technical interview with Hiring Manager
- Team interview with Development Team
- Cross-functional interview with QA, Product, and Scrum Master
- Final conversation with Executive Leadership
