About the role

Rippling is looking for a highly organized, communicative, and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to successfully schedule interviews in our high-volume and fast-paced environment on behalf of Rippling. The role will be tasked with providing a world class candidate experience at every step of the interview process from gathering availability, to scheduling follow-up interviews.

What you will do

  • Schedule a high volume of both virtual and in-person interviews for any of the technical and non-technical open roles across the company
  • Provide support for our North America, Europe, and Australia based recruiting teams
  • Work cross-functionally across all teams and levels at Rippling while providing effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience in conjunction with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • Utilize data as a north star while running an efficient process through our applicant tracking system, and ticketing tools effectively

What you will need

  • Experience in a recruiting coordination or scheduling-focused role
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
