Job Overview

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting our Customer Relations department and selected Head Office teams in Amsterdam. In this role, you work closely with leaders, HRBPs and HR colleagues to bring our people agenda to life in a fast-moving, international environment. A key part of your scope is Customer Relations, our customer service department, where around 200 employees work every day to support our customers with care and attention. You are a trusted advisor on tactical and complex people topics, while staying close to the business and the people behind it. From employee relations and performance to organisational development and change, you help leaders make thoughtful and effective decisions. You also contribute to a strong employee experience by ensuring clarity, consistency and follow-up across key HR topics. With your grounded approach and sharp eye for improvement, you help strengthen the way we work together across Customer Relations and Head Office. 

In this role, you will:  

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on complex and sensitive people topics.  
• Support the people agenda for Customer Relations and selected Head Office teams in close partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.  
• Lead the people-related part of Customer Relations management team meetings, ensuring strong preparation, clear messaging and effective follow-up.  
• Support leaders on topics such as performance, absence and employee relations, with a focus on sustainable outcomes.  
• Identify people trends and translate insights into preventative actions and structural improvements. • Guide leaders on organisational design, team effectiveness and change initiatives.
