Our client is a Ukrainian-Latvian defense-tech company at the forefront of modern warfare technology. They design and manufacture autonomous FPV drones and cutting-edge solutions tailored for the contemporary battlefield - a fast-moving, mission-driven team making a real impact.
As the company actively scales its components division, they are looking for a driven Sales Manager to grow B2B sales of thermal imaging cameras to UAV manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and develop long-term relationships with drone manufacturers in Ukraine
• Drive sales of thermal imaging cameras for UAV integration
• Conduct product presentations, consultations, and technical discussions with clients
• Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact through to repeat business
• Contribute to the development of the partner network
Experience Required:
• Proven experience in B2B sales of components (electronics, modules, UAV parts or similar)
• Understanding of UAV manufacturer workflows - product integration, technical coordination
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with a technical product and articulate its value to clients
• Willingness to travel across Ukraine
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
