Senior Compositing Artist - TMNT 2

The Senior Compositing Artist is a 2D/3D compositing expert, capable of handling complex shots while bringing strong artistic and technical value. They often serve as mentors within the team and are a key point of reference for other artists.

Production:

• Take ownership of complex shots or sequences

• Create visually compelling compositions while meeting technical requirements

• Anticipate and resolve technical and creative challenges independently

• Contribute to the improvement of departmental tools, templates, and workflows

• Actively participate in internal reviews and provide constructive input

Collaboration:

• Guide and support junior and mid-level artists

• Communicate effectively with Leads, Supervisors, and other departments

• Help ensure visual consistency across shots

• Assist in onboarding new artists into the pipeline and studio culture
