We’re looking for an Office & Facilities Manager who will keep our Budapest office running smoothly, make people feel welcome the moment they walk in, and make sure everything — from coffee machines to company culture — works just right.
This is a hands-on role combining office management, facilities, and reception. You’ll take care of day-to-day operations, coordinate suppliers, support events and internal communication, and help create a space where people enjoy coming to work.
What you’ll do:
Reception & Front Office
Be the first smile people see – welcome guests, offer refreshments, and make sure everyone feels at home
Handle daily office logistics: post, courier deliveries, taxis, Bonusly, meeting room setup
Keep the reception and common areas tidy, stocked, and ready for any visit
Coordinate internal and external meetings, supporting smooth office communication
Office Management
Manage weekly Kifli orders and supplies for different departments
Oversee internal communication, onboarding presentations, and the Ambassador program
Support HR with small tasks and make sure new joiners feel welcome from day one
Organize internal events and activities that bring the team together
Monitor the office budget, invoices, and ensure smart spending
Facility Management
Take care of the workspace: maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repairs
Manage suppliers and service providers to keep operations running smoothly
Cooperate with IT and external vendors to ensure all systems and tools work properly
Track facility-related costs, support audits, and follow company policies
Drive small improvement projects to make the office more efficient and comfortable

Bring 3+ years of experience in office, facilities, or admin operations
Are energetic, positive, and smiling – a natural people person
Stay calm and deal with hard situations effectively
Enjoy project-managing small initiatives and seeing them through
Can adapt easily and work in a changing environment
Are flexible to jump into different tasks, including occasional HR support
Have strong organisational and communication skills
Speak English fluently and Hungarian at a professional level
