Now we’re looking for an SENIOR HR SPECIALIST to join our HR team in Biatorbágy – a proactive, people-focused colleague who’ll make sure our employees have a great experience from day one to their very last.

Your role

You’ll be the go-to person for all HR topics in our Biatorbágy warehouse operations – supporting employees, guiding managers, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Your mission: to ensure a great employee experience and a thriving workplace.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to offboarding

• Maintain accurate data across our HR systems (core HR, ATS, and other tools)

• Handle administration for foreign employees

• Monitor attendance records, guide managers, and support them in finalizing attendance

• Administer employee benefits, training & development, and event organization

• Support onboarding, performance reviews, training, and development projects

• Actively communicate HR updates and initiatives to employees and managers

• Help build and promote our HR and employer brand on social media

• Collaborate on HR documentation and process updates for the company intranet

• Provide managers with labor-law guidance

• Support HRBPs, HR Leaders in strategic and development projects

• Improve the working environment based on feedback, CSR initiatives, and your own observations

What we’re looking for

You’re an independent, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys being close to people and operations.

• At least 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a similar role

• Good knowledge of Hungarian Labor Code and its practical application

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Confident user of MS Office and HR systems

• Fluent Hungarian and Advanced English skills (written and spoken)

• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to innovate and improve things
