What you will be doing

You will work closely with partners (Erwin Douma & Tijo Collot d’Escury) and (senior) colleagues from the Amsterdam office specializing in industrials and chemicals, contributing to high-impact projects at the intersection of circular chemistry and sustainable materials. You will mainly be working in international teams, where combining strengths and resources is essential. From reimagining reuse to advancing green fuels, we support clients across the chemical and industrial sectors in adapting to a more sustainable future.

Spanning the full shift from linear to circular business models, including chemicals, plastics, minerals & brine, water, battery materials, biobased materials, and food ingredients, we drive transformation by challenging the status quo, technology creation and fostering innovation.

On your first day you can already have a real impact, since you will be working with clients from all over an organization and often will report to senior management. As a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger you will:

• Take the lead for modules in larger projects, and complete project management of smaller projects (typically leading three to five consultants).
• Coach and develop the consultants in your project teams. 
• Work closely with industry experts at Roland Berger. 
• Contribute to Roland Berger’s knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work. 
• Participate in office-wide projects (e.g. in-depth studies on current topics) that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in a specific area or sector.
