What you will be doing

You will mainly work on a variety of projects at the intersection of innovation and public-private partnerships. You will gain exposure to sectors such as life sciences, biopharma, and high-tech, and collaborate with clients ranging from private companies to universities and research institutions.

Together with partners and (senior) colleagues, you will help drive innovation management, growth strategies and business model development. At Roland Berger we differentiate ourselves by listening carefully to our clients and working intensively with them on tailor-made solutions. In doing so, you will get the opportunity to engage with societal and cultural challenges around technology and innovation while helping to bridge the gap between science and society.

As a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger you will:

• Take the lead for modules in larger projects, and complete project management of smaller projects (typically leading three to five consultants).
• Coach and develop the consultants in your project teams. 
• Work closely with industry experts at Roland Berger. 
• Contribute to Roland Berger’s knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work. 
• Participate in office-wide projects (e.g. in-depth studies on current topics) that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in a specific area or sector.
