What you will be doing
At Roland Berger we differentiate ourselves by listening carefully to our clients and working intensively with them on tailor-made solutions. You are responsible for analyzing business challenges, developing data-driven recommendations, and guiding clients in implementing strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and achieve long-term objectives. You will be working for national and international clients from a variety of different industries and often will report to senior management.
As a Project Manager at Roland Berger you will:
- Manage complex projects and be ultimately responsible for large projects (staffed typically with more than three consultants).
- Coach and develop the consultants in your project teams.
- Work closely with industry experts at Roland Berger.
- Contribute to Roland Berger’s knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work.
- Participate in office-wide projects (e.g. in-depth studies on current topics) that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in a specific area or sector.
