Are you keen to start your career as a consultant? Our 24-month entry-level program offers you the opportunity to get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base.

Become part of our Women @ Roland Berger Community and exchange ideas with other female consultants at networking meetings. Regular training and coaching, combined with the support of a female mentor throughout the program, will foster your personal and professional development.
