The HR Administrative Assistant at Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources Department with various administrative tasks including administrative and procurement-related tasks, including scheduling introduction requests, managing purchase requests in Oracle, handling attendance, sickness, and leave requests, and ensuring the accuracy of administrative records within the HR Department.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create Requests for Quotations and follow up on the quotations in the Integration Solution Portal.

  • Create requisitions for different purchasing requests.

  • Manage daily timekeeping, including annual leave requests.

  • Stock the HR office supplies cabinet.

  • Organize and file all employee documents.

  • Generate employer statements.

  • Coordinate and administer new hire general induction.
