Senior Reliability Technician

The Mine Maintenance department at Rosebel Gold Mines is seeking a Senior Reliability Technician to join our team. As a Senior Reliability Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of all mobile equipment in the mine. You will work closely with the maintenance team to identify and resolve equipment issues and develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and control the execution of the Mobile Equipment inspections.

• Ensure that the Mobile Equipment inspections are executed in a safe and timely manner and with the expected quality.

• Perform root-cause analysis reports of the safety-related, repetitive, and low-hour component failures to prevent their reoccurrence.

• Ensure the quality and completeness of the backlogs and inspection reports generated after the inspections are executed.

• Provide support in the failures troubleshooting and diagnosis when required.

• Manage the Defect Elimination Program to provide consistent and reliable data.

• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
