Finance Assistant Superintendent

The Finance Assistant Superintendent will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. This position involves conducting daily accounting, cost analysis, and financial analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting to Zijin headquarters. The Finance Assistant Superintendent will collaborate with departmental leaders to analyze cost trends, provide actionable insights, and facilitate monthly cost review meetings. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, preparing financial reports, and conducting in-depth financial analysis to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Finance Manager and CFO in daily accounting and financial analysis

• Develop insightful financial reports for evaluating performance

• Analyze cost trends and provide actionable insights

• Facilitate monthly cost review meetings with departments

• Deliver timely and accurate cost and operation reporting to HQ

• Advocate for cost-conscious behaviors and continuous improvement

• Manage month-end close process and prepare financial reports

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare ad hoc reports

• Collaborate with Finance team to ensure data integrity
