Your key responsibilities will include:
HR Project Coordination
Coordinate the implementation of HR initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring timelines, activities, and deliverables are met.
Maintain project trackers to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Send reminders and follow-ups to departments regarding required submissions and milestones.
Support smooth execution of HR programs and initiatives.
Communicate timelines, deadlines, and expectations clearly with relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration between multiple departments to achieve project goals.
Administrative Support
Coordinate the purchase of awards, gifts, certificates, and event materials.
Liaise with vendors and internal procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required items.
Monitor purchases to ensure they remain within approved budgets.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
