Inventory controller

The primary purpose of the Inventory Controller role is to ensure that the RGM Warehouse is consistently stocked with the most economical quantities of materials needed to maintain continuous operation without shortages. The role is responsible for detailed planning of materials required for maintenance and operations, conducting cost analysis to optimize equipment availability, and ensuring that budgeted goals are achieved safely, on time, and profitably. The individual will also serve as the key operational liaison between maintenance, operations, and planners, ensuring the timely availability of materials across different areas on-site according to the required schedules.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Review item creation requests, apply Min/Max levels, and initiate the approval process.

• Create items in Oracle and requisitions for non-standard replenishment.

• Monitor stock supply, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries.

• Analyze supply processes to meet cost and availability targets.

• Prevent obsolescence and ensure spare parts are available before maintenance scheduling.

• Collaborate with maintenance, technical services, and planners to optimize inventory.
