IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Business Analyst to join our Group IT team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, from complex system implementations to business process transformations, supporting strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across diverse projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from concept to delivery.
• Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical specifications that drive effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to ensure system design meets business objectives.
• Support testing activities including planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements based on KPIs and user feedback.
• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture and strategic IT direction.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, fostering clear communication and mutual understanding.
