Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Involvement in vehicle navigation and project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
  • On-site hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Work closely with the customer’s engineering team to provide technical consultation and on- and off-site support
  • Advise customers/dealers for all warranty issues
  • Conduct technical investigation and ensure prompt closure
  • Review technical challenges and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Liaise with factory central support team to address product support issues
  • Provide technical training to dealers/customers
  • Provide technical training to internal technical staff
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or
  • Diploma in Engineering field with 10 years of working experience

Skills & Competencies

  • At least 1 years of hands-on experience with handling equipment ( forklifts, crane, lifting equipment, rotating equipment, conveyor belts, machinery
  • Good knowledge in high voltage systems, engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Background in Control Systems and/or Mechatronics or AVG is a plus
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be independent and possess initiative
  • Able to work closely with internal stakeholders and provide technical support
  • Willingness to travel is required
