• Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
• Manages account execution, timelines, and deliverables end to end
• Leads client communications, status updates, and performance discussions
• Develops and presents reports, insights, and recommendations
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and expectations
• Identifies risks, resolves issues, and adjusts plans to ensure successful outcomes
• Supports account growth through retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Contributes to account strategy, planning, and new opportunity discussions
