Role Overview
The Account Manager – Enterprise (North) is responsible for driving new business growth across enterprise and commercial customers in the North India region. This is a commercially focused role requiring a strong hunting mindset, high energy, and a proactive approach to building pipeline and closing new opportunities.
The role will focus primarily on new logo acquisition while also developing early-stage enterprise relationships. The successful candidate will be motivated, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and commercial accounts
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deal closure
- Build and execute a territory plan aligned to revenue and pipeline targets
- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Channel partners
- Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in CRM
- Represent the company professionally in customer meetings and industry events
Requirements (Experience & Background)
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise or commercial sales
- Demonstrated success in new business development and pipeline creation
- Experience managing full-cycle sales engagements
- Background in identity, cybersecurity, or broader enterprise technology preferred
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
