The Program Manager is a key member of the RSA Education team, responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of education programs across customers, partners, and internal teams. This role ensures alignment across curriculum development, training delivery, and operational execution, while driving efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
RSA Education delivers training in multiple modalities to enable learners to strengthen their security expertise and maximize the value of RSA solutions.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the RSA Education program portfolio, ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, track, and deliver education programs and projects to successful completion.
- Manage the curriculum development lifecycle, including timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate training scheduling and allocation in close collaboration with instructors and operations teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program communications, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and sales teams to identify and fulfill training needs.
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to identify training growth and expansion opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement across RSA Education processes, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
- Maintain clear visibility into program status, milestones, capacity, and resource utilization.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with total 6+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in resource planning, scheduling, allocation, and conflict management, preferably in a technical or services environment.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and clearly communicate trade-offs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Education & Experience:
- Experience in education, training coordination, or learning services.
- Familiarity with instructional design processes, principles, and methodologies
- Exposure to program or portfolio management within services, enablement, or education organizations.
