RSA- Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience to lead data-driven initiatives across the organization. This role demands a deep understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, and data architecture, with the ability to mentor junior team members and influence business strategy through data insights.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and deployment of scalable data science solutions.
- Driving innovation in predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists and engineers.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement advanced machine learning models and predictive analytics pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects: from business problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Evaluate and integrate new data sources and technologies to enhance model performance.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and compliance across projects.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
• Present findings to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visualization.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong background in data modeling, data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery), and pipeline architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading successful data science projects and mentoring teams.

Education & Experience:

• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming analytics.
• Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment best practices.
• Publications or contributions to open-source data science projects.
• Certifications in cloud or data science technologies.
