Job Overview

Principal Responsibilities:

The Senior Advisor, Revenue Operations supports RSA’s Americas Sales organization with a focus on Federal territory planning, complex deal execution, and deal governance. This role acts as a trusted operational advisor to Sales leadership, partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure clean execution, policy alignment, and data integrity across the Federal go‑to‑market motion.

This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong analytical skills, deep experience with complex deal structures, and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

  • Lead Federal territory planning and account alignment across the Americas, designing and maintaining equitable territory models based on market opportunity (TAM/SAM, whitespace, install base) while ensuring clean alignment across account hierarchies and CRM data.
  • Serve as the senior operational advisor for Federal deal execution, owning the review and approval of complex or non‑standard deals, guiding deal structure to maximize revenue while mitigating risk, and ensuring timely throughput via effective management of the Federal quote approval process.
  • Provide deal escalation, governance, and cross‑functional alignment, partnering with Sales leadership, Finance, and Legal on large or strategic deals to ensure adherence to pricing strategy, discounting guardrails, contract compliance, and revenue objectives.
  • Deliver operational insight and enablement for the Americas sales organization, supporting forecasting, ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and systems/process enhancements in partnership with RevOps and IT teams.

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk functions within a complex B2B or enterprise sales environment
  • Solid understanding of Federal sales motions and experience supporting regulated or compliance‑heavy deal environments
  • Proven ability to structure and evaluate complex deals, discounting scenarios, and non‑standard contract terms
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of operational rigor and governance
  • Ability to influence and advise senior sales leaders without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Systems & Tools

  • Advanced experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (analysis, modeling, reporting)
  • Experience with CPQ tools strongly preferred


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related functions
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Federal and/or enterprise sales teams
  • Proven track record of working cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor or advisor in a complex, matrixed organization
  • US Citizenship Required
