The Business Relations Adviser is responsible for generating high-quality leads through strategic relationship building and partnership development.

In this role, you will lead relationship-driven lead generation and build a scalable, sustainable student pipeline across schools, partner agents, corporate networks, and strategic community partnerships.

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

School and institutional relationship development (Primary focus)

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high schools, private schools, colleges and feeder institutions.
  • Developing structured engagement plans per school including presentations, parent evenings, career days, study abroad workshops.
  • Positioning Sable International as the trusted study abroad partner.
  • Maintaining a consistent presence in key schools throughout the academic year.

Partnership and channel development

  • Identifying and developing new lead sources, including partner agents, education consultants, corporate partnerships, and community organisations.
  • Building mutually beneficial partnerships that drive consistent referrals.
  • Negotiating and managing partnership agreements where required.

Lead generation ownership

  • Delivering agreed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Generating leads through school engagements, events and expos, partner referral, direct outreach.
  • Ensuring all leads are accurately captured in CRM, properly tagged by source, handed over cleanly to SSAO team.

Event and activation delivery

  • Planning and executing school visits, info sessions, study abroad events, partner activations.
  • Supporting major campaigns such as study abroad expos and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Ensuring strong conversion from events into leads.

Collaboration with marketing

  • Working closely with the Marketing Officer to align campaigns with school activity, drive attendance to events, amplify partnerships through digital channels.
  • Providing on-the-ground insights to improve campaign targeting.

 Market intelligence and growth opportunities

  • Identifying trends and opportunities in the local market.
  • Providing feedback on competitor activity, student demand trends, new partnership opportunities.
  • Contributing to regional growth strategy.

 CRM discipline and reporting

  • Maintaining accurate records of school engagements, partner relationships, leads generated.
  • Tracking leads by source and conversion performance by channel.
  • Providing regular reporting on activity and outcomes.
