Join our German Field Sales team as a Key Account Manager – Softgoods (W/M), based in Garching (Munich area)!
You’ll manage national buying groups and our largest omni-channel customer, driving success in the Softgoods category (Footwear, Bags, and Apparel).

Your missions :
JBP Category lead Softgoods
- Owns the category within the JBP and develop Sales&Mkt strategies to gain MS
- Articulates the product needs of the customer, based on the CVA (assortment brief) and accounts strategy
- Strong connection with key decison makers, buying teams, merchandisers and MKT
Seasonal Commercial Plan
- Provides accurate pre-season FCST´s
- Works closely with merchandising team to deliver against JBP
Order Book and Financials
Orderbook management and financial forecasting on a quarterly base
Sell Thru Activities/Brand Presence
- Responsible for managing sell-through acitivities together with MKT, monitoring the execution of seasonal sales prorams and drives corrective actions
- Ensures exceptional brand presence within the account key doors & online
- Regular store visits (key doors) to gather competitor and market insights
Buying groups
- Creates wining assortments in alignment with Merchandizing team
- Presents assortment to BG Category lead team and buying comitee
- Shares results with the Field sales team to prepare for upcoming sell-in
