We are seeking a Global Campaign Activation Specialist Sportstyle to drive the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Salomon’s global sportstyle campaigns.
In this strategic and hands-on role, you will bridge the gap between creative concepts and real-world activation, ensuring seamless deployment across all consumer touchpoints: digital, retail, events, PR, influence, CRM, and paid media.
Thriving in a fast-paced, international environment, you will lead cross-functional squads and agency partners to turn ideas into impactful, data-driven brand experiences deeply rooted in sportswear culture.
Your Main Missions:
Campaign Strategy & Activation
• Develop 360° campaign activations aligned with seasonal marketing objectives.
• Build touchpoint activation plans and integrated toolboxes across in-store, digital, PR, influence, CRM, events, and paid media.
• Lead cross-functional activation squads (internal experts, agencies, partners) to execute integrated campaign plans.
• Define clear KPIs per touchpoint and ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
• Leverage consumer insights, trends, and sportswear culture to propose innovative activation ideas.
Campaign Planning & Execution
• Build detailed campaign rollout plans, including day-by-day launch timelines and asset delivery schedules.
• Brief asset creation for all touchpoints, ensuring timely delivery of integrated marketing toolboxes.
• Coordinate global campaign elements such as contests, events, and influencer collaborations.
• Maintain close collaboration with the Concept Marketing team from ideation to activation.
• Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, events, content creators) from briefing to execution and feedback.
Campaign Deployment & Performance
• Ensure regional and local deployment of campaigns in line with official campaign gates and guidelines.
• Track marketing plans and budgets at global, regional, and local levels.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, extracting insights to optimize future activations.
• Build strong relationships with regional and local teams, balancing global consistency with local adaptation.
• Present activation plans at campaign gates to secure stakeholder alignment and approval.
Always-On Content & Engagement
• Coordinate editorial and always-on content to fuel social media and digital platforms outside of campaign peaks. (leveraging athletes, races, events, influencer/ambassador content)
• Identify opportunities to repurpose campaign assets for extended engagement and brand storytelling.

Dans ce rôle stratégique et opérationnel, vous ferez le lien entre les concepts créatifs et leur exécution terrain, en garantissant un déploiement fluide et cohérent sur l’ensemble des points de contact consommateurs.

Vos principales missions :
• Définir et activer des campagnes 360° alignées avec les objectifs marketing saisonniers.
• Construire les plans d’activation et toolboxes par point de contact (retail, digital, RP, influence, CRM, événements, paid media).
• Piloter des squads transverses (équipes internes, agences, partenaires).
• Définir des KPIs clairs par point de contact et garantir leur alignement global.
• Exploiter les insights consommateurs et tendances culturelles pour proposer des activations innovantes.
• Construire les plans de déploiement détaillés (timelines, livrables, assets).
• Briefer et coordonner la production des contenus.
• Gérer les relations avec les agences externes.
• Assurer le déploiement sur les marchés dans le respect des guidelines globales.
• Suivre les budgets, la performance et partager les recommandations.
• Développer les contenus always-on et opportunités de storytelling prolongé.
