WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Complete check-in and check-out procedures.
Assist with reviewing arrival lists and welcoming guests.
Attend to guests and help with basic inquiries.
Support guests with simple tasks such as bookings, travel arrangements, or taking messages.
Refer guest complaints to the appropriate colleagues or team leadership when necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards during your shifts.
