Nestled by a small, idyllic lake and surrounded by 17 acres of stunning grounds, Schloss Leopoldskron is a historic hideaway just minutes from Salzburg’s Old Town. Built in 1736, our exclusive location offers 55 rooms, 12 palace suites, and two townhouses. Salary: starting at EUR 2.500,00 gross monthly (variable based on qualifications and experience) paid 14 times per year

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Conduct check-ins and check-outs

• Escort our suite guests to the castle

• Assist guests with all their needs

• Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and respond to their inquiries

• Identify guests’ needs and build relationships with them

• Support guests with specific tasks (e.g., booking services or restaurants, confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)

• Handle reservations, guest correspondence, and billing

• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

• Conduct security rounds through both buildings
