We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join the core team in our Warsaw, Poland office who will be tasked with building and improving various core systems, some of which are being re-engineered to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves working across multiple complex, large-scale systems that process and analyze audio and data signals from hundreds of channels worldwide and various streaming platforms, providing the ability to easily process and extract valuable insights.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead Front-end Excellence: Design and develop highly interactive, responsive user interfaces using React and Node.js, ensuring a premium experience for our users
- Bridge the Stack: Develop and maintain backend services in Java or Python, integrating them seamlessly with our frontend via RESTful APIs
- AI Integration: Work closely with our Python-based services to implement and optimize Gemini AI features directly into the user-facing product
- Architect for Scale: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the entire lifecycle of the application, from initial concept to production deployment
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work in an agile environment alongside product managers and fellow engineers, participating in code reviews and helping set front-end best practices for the team
WHO YOU ARE
- Frontend Specialist: You have a deep mastery of React, Modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and the Node.js ecosystem. You care about state management, component architecture, and CSS-in-JS or modern styling frameworks.
- Polyglot Mindset: You are comfortable (or eager to dive deep) in a multi-language backend environment. You have professional experience with Java or Python and understand how to build scalable microservices.
- Product-Minded: You don’t just build features; you build products. You have a keen eye for UX/UI and understand how technical decisions impact the end-user experience.
- Quality Driven: You believe in "quality by design" and have experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Savvy: You have demonstrated experience working with cloud providers like AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You are comfortable navigating Linux environments and understand the fundamentals of cloud-native development.
- Reliable Team Player: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are willing to share in on-call rotation responsibilities to ensure the health and high availability of our services.
- Infrastructure Aware (Bonus): You get extra points if you have experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration or Ansible for automation. While not required, an interest in "DevOps culture" is a huge plus.
