Specialist 2, Operations (Lean Six Sigma)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coaches the Lean Six Sigma to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV methodology. 
• Organizes and facilitates workshop to identify the opportunity and projects, coach the team in the projects to meet the goal.
• Organizes and facilitates Small Group Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition. 
• Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
• The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application. 
• Monitors, coaches and certifies the Lean Six Sigma candidates to meet with the department goals.
• Works with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
• Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture.
• Assist Learning and Development team on the training plan and execution, related to Lean Six Sigma, Technical Training and IR5.0 related.
• Assist in Factory of Future initiatives.
