Strategic Account Manager – Hyperscale / Data Center
We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships with leading hyperscale and enterprise customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer priorities with our product portfolio and market strategy while driving measurable revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and expand relationships across strategic accounts, from engineering teams to executives.
- Drive revenue growth, negotiate pricing, and manage account-level product lifecycle (roadmap, launches, EOL).
- Partner with internal teams (FAE, Sales Ops, Pricing, Legal, Product Marketing) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Lead high-impact meetings and translate market/customer insights into account strategies.
- Ensure responsiveness and ownership in resolving customer issues.
