We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most valuable client relationships, driving revenue expansion, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, developing comprehensive account strategies and fostering long-term partnerships that support organizational growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and market penetration within assigned key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at client organizations
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
- Conduct regular account reviews, analyze account performance metrics, and present findings to senior management
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure mutual benefit and profitability
- Manage account budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate pipeline reporting and revenue projections
- Coordinate with product, service delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities within assigned accounts
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular account updates to management
