[Vietnam] Pharmacy Key Account Manager

What you will do
- Identify the commercial potential markets for assigned territory/account.
- Update retail/omni channel distribution network/dynamic related to market share, penetration, trend behavior
- Secure the KPI (sales target) achievement through direct work in field and/or collaborate with other teams (Field Force team, Marketing team, Distributor...) on developing planned price, trade promotion and execution to ensure meeting company direction.
- Build up good relationships with key accounts, relevant teams (Distributors/ Sub-Distributors, Pharmacy team) to maximize KPI results and achieve business performance
- Work to level up key accounts by increasing availability and visibility of Santen products through negotiation and workshop, and then develop Santen’s reputation in Vietnam pharmaceutical market
- Suggest strategy and solution to maximize business penetration via collaboration and insight status of market dynamic
- Collaborate with marketing & manage a group of Sales Rep to execute activities on field, especial retail sector to ensure total pharmacy business performance
- Communicate and correspond to key accounts as assigned towards succession of implementation, monitoring, and tracking for campaigns, trade promotions, partnership program…
- Drive business growth for assigned accounts to align with company direction
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various approach within omni channel
- Developing more business opportunities by aligning with, supporting distribution, marketing.
- Other assigned tasks from Head of Pharmacy business
