Job Overview

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for the assigned therapeutic areas, considering market dynamics, product value, reimbursement policies, and competitive landscape. 
  • Collaborate with New Launch Planning, Therapeutic Area Development, Marketing, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Regulatory), to align market access strategies with product development, launch, and lifecycle management activities.  Examples of such strategies include early access programs, special access schemes, compassionate use programs and value-based pricing schemes. 
  • Develop and execute reimbursement strategies to secure and optimize reimbursement coverage for the company's products within target markets. 
  • Engage with payer stakeholders, including health authorities, private payers, and reimbursement agencies, to navigate the reimbursement landscape and ensure product access for patients. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to generate and communicate evidence of product value and cost-effectiveness to support market access and pricing discussions. 
  • Develop business acumen for the next level of leadership and prepare capabilities to play roles in various functions for future career.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
