Job Overview
- Monitor and record daily inventory status using ERP/SAP systems
- Monitor safety stock levels and promptly report shortages or excesses
- Basic communication with suppliers (delivery schedule confirmation, inbound schedule inquiries, etc.)
- Support management of 3PL-related costs and contract data
- Support operation and documentation of special trade programs such as FTA, EPR
- Manage key KPIs such as inventory accuracy, PO processing speed, 3PL service quality, import lead time, etc.
- Propose and support process improvements for performance enhancement
