[KOREA] Safety Vigilance Team Manager (People Manager role)

Ensure that operation of Santen Korea safety vigilance is consistent and complaint to the global SOPs and regulatory requirements. 

Execute management on budget control, staff performance review and salary merit, human resources programs development for safety vigilance in Korea. 

Lead creative and constructive interactions with relevant internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful. 

Provide leadership and strategic direction throughout local SV business management to the company 

Develop and improve professional experience and expertise of the professionals in the team. Assess team member’s capabilities and motivate & coach them improve their skills. 

Act as primary company’s representative in industry, trade associations and government agencies, strengthen and enlarge work relationship with healthy authorities at all levels to establish a positive and collaborative rapport. 

Be a compliant and supervise all regulations and internal procedures relevant to SV business.
