Provide end-to-end support for employee and Dept. manager HR inquiries, ensuring requests are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
Guide employees/Dept. managers on HR Topics (e.g., performance management, policies, payroll, benefits), promoting HR Portal and self-service.
Execute lifecycle operations: hiring & onboarding, changes/letters, time & leave, benefits updates, contract management, exit/offboarding.
Prepare and validate HR documents, approvals, and workflows in line with harmonized policies.
Administer payroll, benefits, government reporting, and leave management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Manage local HR vendors as needed to support HR service delivery.
Participate in ad hoc projects and insight-gathering to enhance processes/tools.
